Lee County Probation and Court Services works under the office of the Chief Judge of the 15th Judicial Circuit. We strive to be an integral partner of a model justice system. We are dedicated to achieving justice by employing proven strategies to change offenders' values and beliefs, build their competency skills and hold them accountable.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Lee County Probation and Court Services is to serve the Court and community by maintaining offender accountability and serving as a catalyst for positive change within the offender. This process will be employed through evidence-based strategies which promote personal growth, reduce offender recidivism and enhance safety in the community. Our commitment to this process will be conducted in a manner which promotes honesty, integrity and accountability which will increase public trust and confidence.
